Please bring along a government-issued ID or Credit Card to acquire your wireless headphones at any of our events. Your ID will be safely held while you immerse yourself.

We will provide you with a list of what to bring to each event.

Most events have no age restrictions unless listed otherwise. However, ages 16 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Third, we have a limited first-come, first-served space held on the day of most of the events. (Not always guaranteed that your space will be reserved)

We have a strict no-refunds policy in place for ticket purchases. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances where we need to cancel the event, a full refund will be provided.

In the event of unfavourable weather conditions during an outdoor event, if we are unable to secure indoor space, the event will be canceled.

You will be contacted immediately and the ticket purchase will be promptly refunded.
